BluPosiVon is not a substitute for a qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, physical therapist, or medical professional. The workout recommendations generated by BluPosiVon are based on data you provide and algorithmic analysis — they are not personalized medical advice.
You assume full responsibility for your own health and safety when using BluPosiVon. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
By downloading, installing, or using BluPosiVon (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BluPosiVon ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Weight suggestions and progression recommendations are estimates based on your logged training data and are provided as a starting point only. They are not prescriptions. You are responsible for selecting appropriate weights based on your own physical condition on any given day.
Exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and death. By using BluPosiVon, you expressly acknowledge and assume all such risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BluPosiVon and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

BluPosiVon collects and stores your training data, including workout logs, RPE values, weight progression history, and body state information, for the purpose of generating personalized coaching recommendations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the coaching experience. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
BluPosiVon may offer a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The App, including its coaching algorithms, exercise library, content, and design, is the intellectual property of BluPosiVon. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BluPosiVon at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
