BluPosiVon ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the BluPosiVon mobile application (the "App").

Health and Fitness Data

• Workout sessions — exercises performed, sets, reps, and weight
• Readiness scores — self-reported daily physical and mental readiness
• Body state and muscle soreness check-ins
• RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) logged per set
• Injury flags — body parts marked for modification or avoidance
• Personal records

Usage and Technical Data

• App crash reports and error logs (collected via Sentry)
• General app usage patterns used to improve the coaching experience

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the BluPosiVon coaching experience:

• To generate personalized workout recommendations tailored to your body, goals, and readiness
• To track your training history and detect patterns over time
• To identify fatigue, overuse, and recovery needs
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal or health data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.

Access to your data is restricted to your account only through Row Level Security policies enforced at the database level. No other user can access your data.

4. Third-Party Services

BluPosiVon uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Sentry — crash reporting and error monitoring. Error reports may include device type, OS version, and anonymized stack traces. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports. Sentry Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all of your personal data — including your profile, workout history, readiness logs, body state data, and injury flags — is permanently deleted from our systems. This deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — you can view all data associated with your account within the App
• Deletion — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Profile → Delete Account)
• Correction — you can update your profile information at any time within the App

7. Children's Privacy

BluPosiVon is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
